Step Two: Create your account
Once you have the app, you can create your account by selecting ‘Register’ . In order to create an account you will need to provide your name, and phone number.

Step Three: Confirm your phone number
After you have created your account, we will send you an OTP code on your given phone number to verify your registered phone number. Please look at your registered phone number that you have used during registration and use the OTP code that you have received as a text message (depending on your cellular service provider and plan, additional charges may be applied by your cellular service provider) use that OTP code to activate your account.

If you do not receive the top code then you can use that resend button to get a new code. If you are still having difficulties then please reach out to us at support@riafood.com and we will help you with your account creation process.

Once you you’ve downloaded the RiaFood app and set up your account, you can request for your grocery or restaurant food order with few quick taps:

For Restaurant food order :

1. Select you want pickup or delivery service
2. Choose your desired restaurant from which you want to place an order
3. Build your cart with items that you want to make as part of your order. Select your pickup or delivery time. Select your payment option i.e. by card or cash on pickup/delivery and place your order.

Our app will automatically detect your current location (or you can enter location where you need the service), our system will tell you whether we have any available service in your city or not.

Yes. With RiaFood, all order requests are made on demand and your orders will be ready as per your given date/time for delivery/pickup. Just select your desired date/time for pickup/delivery uptown one week in future.

The app will send you a confirmation message about your requested pickup. And later on (at least beforre 24 Hours of requested date / time), you will get the assigned driver details.

We actively seek feedback on every order, and take this feedback very seriously when evaluating our partner store/driver partnerships. You will have an option to review the experience on our app too. We reach out to our partner and customers too to get their feedbacks and make required necessary changes.
